Ongoing Subscription and Cancellation. Your subscription will continue in effect on a month-to-month basis (one month being equal to 30 days) unless and until you cancel your subscription or the account or service is otherwise suspended or discontinued pursuant to these Terms. You must cancel your subscription before your monthly renewal date in order to avoid the next billing (each Monthly Period). We will bill the monthly subscription fee plus any applicable taxes to the Payment Method you provide to us during registration (or to a different Payment Method if you change your account information). If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will be effective at the end of the current Monthly Period - this means that you will have continued access to your subscription for the remainder of that period, but you will not receive a refund. Non-payment of subscription leads to automatic suspension of services and it will resume once a subscription is renewed by paying.
If the subscription / free trial / Redeem Coupon is offered in conjunction with purchases of, or payment for, third party products or services, you agree that videocafeott will not be liable to you for any claims arising out of or related to your purchase or use of such third party products or services. The User may also have access to the Redemption Coupon which may be made available to the Users to attaining certain milestones on the use of the Services. The terms and conditions of the Redemption Coupon shall also vary and change from time to time and the User shall be liable for any consequence arising out of the amendment to such Services.
Cancellations: Once an Order is placed by you and accepted by videocafeott it is not eligible for cancellation.
Refunds: For all Orders, you may be entitled to a refund only under the following circumstances: (i) Non-delivery of Order; Prior to the processing of a refund,
